1.1 All sales are final for both physical and digital products. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless explicitly stated below.

2.1 No Refunds: Due to the nature of digital products and online courses, all sales are final.

2.2 Conditional Refunds: Refunds may only be granted under the following circumstances:

• The digital product (e.g., eBook, PDF, course) was not delivered.

• The file is corrupted or unusable, and the issue cannot be resolved by our support team.

 

2.3 To request a refund for eligible issues, contact us at elevationplaceglobal@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase. Include your order number and a description of the problem.

 

3. Physical Products (Apparel, Books, and Merchandise)

3.1 No Returns or Exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges on physical products.

 

3.2 Exceptions are made only in the case of:

• Defective items.

• Items that arrive damaged.

 

3.3 To request a replacement for defective or damaged items, contact us at support@elevationplaceglobal.com within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number.

• Photos of the defective or damaged item.

 

4. Subscription Plans

4.1 Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but no refunds are provided for partial billing periods or unused time.

 

4.2 Upon cancellation, you will retain access to subscription benefits until the end of the current billing cycle.

6. Important Notes
